This policy explains how refunds work for purchases of Agently. It summarises Section 6 of our Terms of Use. If this page and the Terms of Use ever differ, the Terms of Use govern.

1. Agently Pro subscriptions

Agently Pro is billed monthly.

Automatic renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
Cancellation: You may cancel using Service functionality or by contacting support@agently.dev before renewal. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law, except where Agently elects otherwise in its discretion.
Beta launch money-back guarantee: As part of our beta launch, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions initiated during the beta period. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting support@agently.dev. To be eligible for a refund, you are required to complete a mandatory offboarding call with a member of our team. This call is a condition of the refund and allows us to understand your experience and improve the product. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your initial purchase date, and the offboarding call must be completed within 7 days of submitting your request. Failure to complete the offboarding call will render the refund request ineligible. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only and is limited to one refund per user or organization. Once the beta period concludes, standard refund terms as outlined above will apply.

2. AppSumo purchases

If you bought an Agently license on AppSumo, these terms apply instead of Section 1:

Refunds: AppSumo licenses are refunded by AppSumo under AppSumo’s refund policy, within 60 days of purchase. Request the refund from AppSumo. No offboarding call is required.
Effect of a refund: A refund deactivates the license and ends access to the Agently web app under that license.
What the license includes: An AppSumo license grants the features of its tier and the one-time credits included with that tier, for the life of the product, as described on the AppSumo listing.
Additional credits: Credits bought from Agently on top of an AppSumo license are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases of extra credits from Agently. Payments for credit packs are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law, except where Agently elects otherwise in its discretion.
