Subprocessors

Last updated: 2 October 2026

These are the service providers Agently uses to run the Service and that may process personal data on our behalf, including personal data in our customers' workspaces. Each one is bound by a contract that limits its use of the data to providing its service to us and requires appropriate security.

The Service is hosted in the United States. For personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses ("SCCs") with the UK and Swiss adjustments, and, where a provider is certified, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions ("DPF"). See our Privacy Notice and Data Processing Addendum.

Tools you connect are not subprocessors

When you or your team connect a tool to Agently (for example Slack, Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Notion, HubSpot or a custom MCP server), or connect an AI assistant to your workspace through our MCP server, Agently exchanges data with that tool at your direction. Those providers act under your own agreements with them and are not Agently's subprocessors. The same applies to your own Claude or ChatGPT plan when you use it in the Agently Mac app.

Changes to this list

We give at least 30 days' notice before a new subprocessor starts processing customer personal data, by updating this page. To receive that notice by email, ask support@agently.dev to add you to the notification list. Customers may object to a new subprocessor as described in our Data Processing Addendum.
