General
What is Agently?
Agently is an AI workforce platform built around Jarvis, a single AI agent that plans your work, reasons over your company knowledge, and takes real action through 67 connected tools like email, calendar, CRM, and docs. It covers sales, operations, customer success, marketing, and research from one conversation. Plans start at $29/month.
How is Agently different from ChatGPT or other chatbots?
Three ways:
- It acts, not just advises. Jarvis sends emails, schedules meetings, updates your CRM, and publishes pages through your real accounts, via 67 integrations.
- It knows your business. The Brain is a temporal knowledge graph of your company, so every answer is grounded in your reality and cited, not generic.
- One agent that orchestrates many. Instead of a menu of narrow bots, Jarvis plans the work and spins up specialist sub-agents for the heavy parts, and you can teach it repeatable Skills.
What AI models power Jarvis?
Anthropic's Claude (among the most capable models available) with Claude Opus 4.8 as the default. Jarvis works in a multi-step loop: it plans, calls a tool, reads the result, and decides the next step, rather than answering in a single shot.
Can I use Agently for my whole team?
Yes. Create a workspace, invite your team (up to 3 members on Plus, 10 on Pro, unlimited on Team), and assign roles. Everyone shares the same Brain and integrations, so the whole team benefits.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your workspace data is never used to train any AI models. Your conversations, documents, and knowledge stay within your workspace. See Security & Privacy.
How much does Agently cost?
| Plan | Monthly | Credits |
|---|---|---|
| Plus | $29 | 1,000 |
| Pro | $69 | 2,450 |
| Team | $199 | 8,000 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom |
Annual billing gives you two months free, and you can top up with credit packs from $10 for 500 credits. See Billing & Plans.
Working with Jarvis
Which agent should I use?
Just Jarvis, there's no menu to choose from. Describe what you need in plain language and Jarvis handles it, delegating to specialist sub-agents behind the scenes when a task needs it. See Meet Jarvis.
Does Jarvis remember previous conversations?
Jarvis keeps context within a single conversation. Each conversation is independent, so a new one starts fresh, keep related work in one thread, and use @-mentions to reference earlier pages or knowledge. For durable, repeatable work, use a Mission.
Can Jarvis act without my permission?
Jarvis is transparent: every tool action shows in the chat as it happens, and each app action is logged. In everyday chat you're directing each step. For autonomous work (scheduled or background runs), you can require sensitive actions to be approved first through the Decisions queue.
What are Skills?
Reusable playbooks that teach Jarvis to do a job your way. Use the built-ins, install more from the marketplace, or write your own, then invoke them with / in chat. See Skills.
Brain (Knowledge Base)
What can I upload to the Brain?
PDFs, Word docs (DOCX), text (TXT), Markdown (MD), images (PNG, JPG), and web page URLs. See the Brain guide.
How does Jarvis search the Brain?
The Brain is a temporal knowledge graph, connected facts, each tagged with when it was true and where it came from. Jarvis searches it for ranked, cited, time-aware context, so it reasons about what's true now and shows you the sources.
Is there a limit to how much I can store?
Knowledge storage scales by plan (1 GB on Plus, 10 GB on Pro, 100 GB on Team). See Billing & Plans.
Should I put everything in the Brain?
Quality beats quantity. Prioritize what Jarvis will actually need, company info, product details, brand guidelines, customer FAQs, key processes. Focused items outperform dumping whole archives.
Integrations
What integrations does Agently support?
67 integrations across email, calendar, docs, messaging, CRM, project management, social, and finance, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Stripe, Jira, Linear, and more. Browse the full catalog under Brain → Integrations. See the Integrations guide.
Is it safe to connect my accounts?
Yes. Agently uses OAuth, you authorize on the provider's own screen, Agently never sees your passwords, credentials are held in a secure vault, and you can revoke access anytime. See Security & Privacy.
What happens if I disconnect an integration?
Jarvis can no longer use that service. Content already created (tasks, pages) stays in your workspace, and Jarvis will let you know if it needs a connection you've removed.
Workspace & Team
How do I invite someone?
Go to Settings → Members, enter their email, choose a role (Admin or Member), and send. They'll get a join link by email. See Workspace Management.
Can someone be in multiple workspaces?
Yes. Each workspace is independent, with its own Brain, integrations, and billing. Switch between them from the workspace selector in the sidebar.
What's the difference between Owner, Admin, and Member?
- Owner, full control, including billing and workspace deletion.
- Admin, manage settings, members, and integrations; not billing or deletion.
- Member, use all features; can't change workspace settings.
How do I delete my workspace?
Only the Owner can, from Settings. It's permanent and removes all workspace data.
Billing
How do credits work?
Credits are spent when Jarvis works. Simple tasks cost a little; multi-step jobs, tool use, and image generation cost more. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can buy credit packs on top. See Billing & Plans.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Jarvis pauses new work until your credits reset on your billing cycle or you buy a credit pack.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate and prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of your current cycle. Manage it in Settings → Billing.
How does the referral program work?
Share your referral link from Settings → Referrals. When someone signs up and subscribes, you both earn bonus credits.
Troubleshooting
Jarvis isn't using my connected integration
- Check it's still connected under Brain → Integrations.
- Name the tool explicitly: "Send this via Gmail" or "Check my Google Calendar."
- Confirm the action you want is supported for that app (see Integrations).
Responses seem generic and don't know my business
- Add more to the Brain, company info, product details, brand guidelines.
- Set up Brand Context in workspace settings.
- Use
@-mentions to point Jarvis at specific knowledge.
I'm not receiving notifications
- Make sure you haven't marked everything as read.
- Refresh the page to re-establish the real-time connection.
A page sharing link isn't working
- Check that sharing is still on for that page.
- If the page has a gate, visitors must complete the gate action first.
I can't access a workspace
- Make sure you accepted the invitation.
- Check with the Owner or Admin, your access may have changed.
- Confirm you're signed in with the correct account.
