Pricing, Plans & Billing
Agently uses a simple subscription + credits model. Your plan sets your monthly credit allowance and your workspace limits: connected apps, brain storage, and team seats. Credits are what Jarvis spends as it does work. There is a free tier to start on, paid plans begin at $39/month, and annual billing gives you two months free.
For the current, definitive numbers, always check agently.dev/pricing. This page explains how it all works.
How Billing Works
- Subscription, your monthly (or annual) plan. It unlocks the platform and grants a fresh batch of credits each billing cycle.
- Credits, the currency your agent consumes when it works. Simple questions cost little; long, multi-step jobs that use tools cost more.
Think of it like hiring: the subscription is the salary, and credits are the hours your AI workforce puts in.
Plans
| Free | Starter | Pro | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $0 | $39 | $99 | $199 |
| Annual | n/a | $390 | $990 | $1,990 |
| Credits | 100 to start | 1,000 / mo | 3,000 / mo | 8,000 / mo |
| Connected apps | 1 | 3 | 10 | Unlimited |
| Brain storage | 50 MB | 1 GB | 10 GB | 100 GB |
| Team members | 1 | 3 | 10 | Unlimited |
| Support | n/a | Priority | Priority with SLA |
Free, one connected app, 50 MB of brain storage, and a one-time grant of 100 credits. Enough to connect something real and watch Jarvis work before you pay. The starter credits do not refresh.
Starter, for a founder or a small team getting going. A thousand credits a month, three connected apps, and email support.
Pro (most popular), everything in Starter plus three times the credits, custom agent instructions and Skills, the option to bring your own Anthropic API key, and priority support.
Enterprise, everything in Pro plus unlimited apps and seats, 100 GB of brain storage, priority support with an SLA, and dedicated onboarding. Talk to us about custom credit volume, SSO, and a security review.
Annual billing is 10× the monthly price, so you get two months free. The credit allowance is the same and still refreshes monthly.
How Credits Work
Credits are consumed whenever your agent does work: reading context from your Brain, reasoning, calling tools, and generating output. A credit maps to a small, fixed unit of underlying compute, so what you spend tracks the real work done, not a flat per-message fee.
What affects credit usage
- Task complexity, a quick lookup costs a handful of credits; a multi-step job (research → draft → schedule) costs more because it's more work.
- Tool use, each action the agent takes (search the web, send an email, update a board) adds a little.
- Delegation, when Jarvis spins up sub-agents for heavy work, they draw from the same run's budget.
- Image generation, generating images spends extra credits on top of the request.
Where credits live
Credits belong to the workspace, shared across your whole team, and refresh at the start of each billing cycle. You can see your balance and usage in Settings → Billing. Before a large job, the agent checks that you have enough credits to finish.
Reads through the MCP server are handled separately: the first 1,000 brain reads per workspace each month are free, so connecting Claude or Cursor to your Brain does not quietly drain your allowance.
Buying More Credits
If you run low before your cycle resets, you can buy one-time credit packs from Settings → Billing. (Credit packs are for paid plans. On the free tier you upgrade instead.)
| Pack | Credits | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Small | 500 | $10 |
| Medium | 1,500 | $30 |
| Large | 5,000 | $100 |
| Custom | Any amount | $0.02 / credit |
Purchased credits don't expire, they carry over cycle to cycle until used. (Your monthly plan credits reset each cycle; packs sit on top.)
Managing Your Subscription
Everything lives in Settings → Billing:
- Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades apply at the end of your current cycle.
- Manage Subscription opens the secure billing portal, where you can update your payment method, download invoices, change plans, or cancel.
- Payment history, view past payments, invoices, and credit purchases.
Payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider, Agently never stores your card details.
