Attio
Connect Attio and Jarvis, your AI chief of staff, can work in your CRM for you. Ask it to look up a customer, log a call note, move a deal to the next stage or follow up on a task, and it does it in Attio.
What Jarvis can do in Attio
- Find records. Search by name, email address or domain across people and companies, and across deals or custom objects when you name them.
- Read records. List and filter records, and read their values.
- Create and update records. Create or update people, companies and deals, or create one only if it doesn't exist yet.
- Work with lists and pipelines. Add records to a list, and move list entries, such as a deal to another pipeline stage.
- Notes. Read the notes on a record and add new ones.
- Tasks. List, create and complete tasks, and reassign them to a teammate.
- Members. List your Attio workspace's members, so tasks go to the right person.
A few things to ask:
- "What do we know about Northwind in Attio?"
- "Move the Arcwell deal to Negotiation and add a note about today's call."
- "Create a task for Maya to send the proposal on Friday."
What Jarvis asks before doing
- Reads run freely. Searching, listing and reading records, notes, tasks and members happen straight away.
- Changes you asked for run. When you ask in your own words, Jarvis makes the change.
- Other changes ask first. A change you didn't ask for, such as one Jarvis decides on during a longer task, shows an approval card: Allow once, Always allow or Deny.
- Deleting a record always asks. Jarvis never deletes an Attio record without your approval, and a delete can never be set to Always allow.
See Approvals for where cards show.
Connecting Attio
- In Agently, open Brain → Sources and choose Attio.
- Sign in to Attio and approve Agently's access on Attio's own screen.
- You land back in Agently with Attio connected.
The Attio connection belongs to the workspace, so Jarvis can use it on your teammates' requests too.
To disconnect, open Brain → Sources again and disconnect Attio. This revokes Agently's access, and Jarvis stops using Attio at once.
