Integrations
Agently speaks to 104 tools and services through secure OAuth, giving Jarvis the ability to read from and act through your real accounts. 74 are connectable in the app today; the rest are built and waiting on provider approval, and they appear in the catalog as they open up. This is what turns Agently from a chat interface into an operational platform: connect Gmail, and your agent can actually send email; connect HubSpot, and it can manage deals. Connections are made once, at the workspace level, so the whole team benefits.
How Integrations Work
When you connect a tool, you authorize it through OAuth, the industry-standard flow where you approve access on the provider's own login screen. Agently never sees or stores your password, and your access tokens are held in a secure, vaulted credential layer, not in Agently's database.
A connection gives your agent up to two capabilities:
- Sync (read), content flows continuously from the tool into your Brain, so Jarvis always knows what's happening across your business. Every connected tool supports this.
- Actions (write), Jarvis takes action in the tool on your behalf: send an email, create a calendar event, update a CRM record. Select tools support this today (see below), and every action is written to an audit log.
Apps Jarvis Can Act In
These integrations support two-way use, Jarvis both reads them and takes action in them:

Everything else in the catalog syncs into your Brain so Jarvis can reason over it, with more action support rolling out over time.

A note on Google. Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive work today, but Agently's Google app is still in verification, which caps it at 100 test users. If you want those three, tell us and we will add your account to the list.
Connecting an Integration
Connecting takes about 30 seconds:
- Go to Brain → Integrations in your workspace.
- Find the tool you want and click Connect.
- You're sent to that provider's authorization screen, review the permissions and approve.
- You land back in Agently and the connection starts syncing.
Newly connected tools backfill recent history into your Brain and then stay current as things change.
Managing & Disconnecting
- Status, see which tools are connected and whether they're syncing, need re-authorization, or hit an error, all under Brain → Integrations.
- Disconnect, remove a connection at any time; Jarvis immediately loses access to that tool. You can also revoke access from the provider's own security settings.
Are Integrations Secure?
Yes, security is built into the connection layer:
- OAuth only, Agently never sees or stores your passwords.
- Vaulted credentials, access tokens are held in a secure credential vault, not in Agently's database.
- Scoped permissions, only the access needed for the agent to work is requested.
- Workspace-level, connections are managed per workspace, with a clear audit trail for every action taken.
- Verified data, incoming data from connected tools is cryptographically verified before it's trusted.
- Revocable, disconnect anytime, from either side.
