Integrations
Agently connects to more than 80 tools and services through secure OAuth, so Jarvis can read from and act through your real accounts. Connect HubSpot and Jarvis can manage deals; connect Linear and it can file and update issues. See the full list below, and add any other tool that has an MCP server as a custom connector.
Connecting an integration
See Connect an outside app for where to start. You approve access on the provider's own screen, then land back in Agently with the tool connected.
Brain → Sources shows each connection's status, lets you reconnect one that needs it, and disconnect it. Jarvis loses access as soon as you disconnect, and you can also revoke access from the provider's own security settings.

Yours or the team's
Most connections belong to the workspace, so the whole team benefits. Some are personal: Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, LinkedIn and Superhuman only ever act for the member who connected them. A teammate's request never uses your mailbox.
To use Jarvis in Slack, each person connects their own Slack account. Jarvis knows who you are only from that connection.
What a connection does
- Live reads and actions. For most tools, Jarvis reads what it needs at the moment you ask and acts through the tool: send an email you approved, create a calendar event, update a CRM record. Nothing is copied into Agently. Every action is written to an audit log, and anything that sends to people, deletes or archives waits for your approval.
- Synced into the Brain. Notion, Confluence, Dropbox and Coda sync the documents you pick into your Brain in the background and keep them current.
- Google Drive imports only the files you pick with the Google file picker. Agently can't see the rest of your Drive.

A note on Google. Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive work today, but Agently's Google app is still in verification, which caps it at 100 test users. If you want those three, tell us and we will add your account.
Supported integrations
Every integration below lets Jarvis read and act in the tool. Brain marks the ones that also save documents into your Brain. Personal marks connections that only ever act for the member who connected them.

For GitHub, you choose which repositories Agently can see when you install its GitHub app. Jira Data Center and self-managed GitLab connect with a personal access token instead of OAuth.
Beyond these apps, you can also add to the Brain:
- Websites. Keep any site in the Brain, re-checked for changes.
- Files. Upload documents directly, or sync local folders from the Mac app.
Missing a tool? If it has an MCP server, add it yourself as a custom connector. Otherwise, ask us through Get help.
Custom connectors
Any tool with a remote MCP server can be added by URL, with Brain → Add integration → Custom connector (see Connect an outside app). Sign in with OAuth or an API key. Jarvis asks before using a connector's tools unless they are read-only; the person who added it can mark tools read-only.
Are integrations secure?
- OAuth only. Agently never sees or stores your passwords.
- Vaulted credentials. Access tokens are held in a secure credential vault, not in Agently's database.
- Scoped permissions. Only the access the tool needs is requested.
- Revocable. Disconnect any time, from Agently or from the provider.
