Agently Pro, billing and cancelling
This page is about the Free tier and Agently Pro. If your workspace runs on an AppSumo license, see AppSumo tiers, credits and limits instead: AppSumo workspaces are never offered a subscription.
Only the workspace owner sees the billing controls, in Settings → Billing.

Pro is the one plan on sale. Starter, Enterprise and yearly billing remain only for workspaces that already have them.
How credits work
Credits pay for AI work Agently runs for you. Your own API key and your own Claude or ChatGPT plan use no credits. See Credits and your own API key for what uses credits and how to buy more.
On Pro, Billing shows credits used, credits left and the date they reset. The owner can buy credit packs on top.
Change or cancel
- In Settings → Billing, choose manage. Stripe opens in your browser.
- Change your card, download invoices or cancel there. The change shows in Agently within a minute.
- When you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Troubleshooting
- There is no Buy credits section. Buying credits needs a paid plan and the owner role.
- Routines did not start after upgrading. Upgrading does not turn routines on by itself. Open each routine and switch it on.
- "Talking to Jarvis is included with Agently Pro." Voice needs a paid plan. Type to Jarvis instead, or upgrade.
