AppSumo tiers, credits and limits
Every AppSumo tier is a lifetime license for one workspace. There is no monthly charge from Agently. Every tier includes Jarvis, the Brain, Pages, skills and routines, Agently on the web, bringing your own API key, and credit top-ups.

What the limits mean
- One-time credits are granted once, when you activate. They do not renew each month and have no expiry date. See Credits and your own API key.
- Seats are the members of the workspace, counting pending invitations.
- Connected apps are the tools connected in Brain → Sources. Custom connectors don't count. At the limit, disconnect one or move to a higher tier.
- Brain storage is the size of what you add to the Brain: the file size of uploads and the text of notes, web pages and synced records.
- Websites kept in sync. Jarvis keeps the pages of your sites in the Brain and checks them for changes on this schedule. Tiers 1 and 2 keep up to 200 pages per site, Tiers 3 and 4 up to 1,000.
- MCP access connects Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another MCP client to your company brain. See MCP Server.
- Voice is talking to Jarvis out loud. On Tiers 1 and 2 the voice control is hidden; type to Jarvis instead.
- Your own Claude or ChatGPT plan runs chats in the Mac app on a plan you already pay for. See Connect your own plan.
- White-label pages. Pages you share drop the Agently branding and show your workspace logo, which you set in Settings → Workspace.
Changing tier
Change your tier on AppSumo. The new tier applies to the same workspace:
- Your credits move by the difference between the two tiers' one-time credits. Credits you already spent and credits you bought stay as they are. A downgrade never takes your balance below zero.
- A lower tier never removes members, connections or content. Its limits apply to new invitations, connections and uploads.
Agently never offers an AppSumo workspace a subscription. To get more, change tier on AppSumo, buy credits, or add your own API key.
If the license ends
A refund or deactivation ends the license. The workspace keeps its content and members, but it no longer opens on the web and its credits and tier features stop. See AppSumo: activate your code.
